What is the Midwest Real Estate Investor Conference?
The Midwest Real Estate Investor Conference (MREIC) is a two-day, in-person conference for real estate investors, housing providers, property managers, lenders, and industry professionals from across the Midwest. The event focuses on practical insight, real-world strategy, regional market perspective, and high-value connections.
When is MREIC 2027?
Main conference programming takes place Thursday–Friday, May 20–21, 2027.
The official Kickoff Reception takes place Wednesday, May 19, 2027.
Where is MREIC 2027 held?
MREIC 2027 will be held at DeVos Place Convention Center in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What does my conference ticket include?

Are one-day tickets available?
No. MREIC is structured as a full two-day conference experience. Available ticket options are listed on the registration page.
Is there a separate ticket for the Kickoff Reception?
The official Kickoff Reception is included with conference registration. Space may be limited, and RSVP details will be provided as the event gets closer.
Do you offer team or group registration?
Team or group ticket options may be offered for MREIC 2027. Details will be added to the registration page when available.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Ticket transfers are permitted before the event. Please contact the MREIC team for assistance.
Are tickets refundable?

The VIP Growth Pass is an upgraded MREIC 2027 ticket option that includes full conference admission plus VIP-only benefits, including the VIP Growth Lunch at the Amway Grand.
What does the VIP Growth Pass include?
The VIP Growth Pass includes full MREIC 2027 admission, access to both conference days, the official Kickoff Reception, the VIP Growth Lunch at the Amway Grand, priority check-in, a VIP wristband, and a premium swag item.
What is the VIP Growth Lunch?
The VIP Growth Lunch is an exclusive catered lunch at the Amway Grand with direct access to the keynote speaker in a limited 30-attendee setting designed for added strategy, insight, questions, and conversation.
Is the VIP Growth Pass limited?
Yes. The VIP Growth Lunch is limited to 30 attendees.
Can I add the VIP Growth Pass after registering?
If VIP spots are still available, you may be able to add or upgrade to the VIP Growth Pass. Contact the MREIC team for assistance.

When will the MREIC 2027 schedule be available?

Will there be keynote speakers?
Yes. MREIC includes keynote presentations as part of the main conference experience. Speaker announcements will be shared as they are finalized.

Are sessions recorded?
No. MREIC is a live, in-person conference experience. Sessions are not recorded.
