What is the Midwest Real Estate Investor Conference?
The Midwest Real Estate Investor Conference is a two-day, in-person conference designed for serious real estate investors and housing providers. The event focuses on practical strategies, real-world insights, and high-quality networking with people actively doing deals across the Midwest.
When is the conference?
Main conference programming:

Where is the conference held?
DeVos Place Convention Center in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Learn more about the conference location and venue here.

The conference is built for real estate investors and housing providers at all stages, with a strong emphasis on intermediate investors who want to pressure-test strategies, refine decision-making, and connect with peers. Beginners will gain clarity and direction, while advanced investors will find nuanced insights and high-level conversations.

Are one-day tickets available?
No. At this time, the conference is structured as a full two-day experience. Ticket options and availability are listed on the registration page.
Is there a separate ticket for the welcome event?
Yes. The welcome event is included with conference registration. Space is limited and RSVP is required by securing a free add-on ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, ticket transfers are permitted prior to the event. Please contact the conference team for assistance no later than April 20th, 2026 if you need to transfer your ticket.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are not refundable, however a flexible ticket transfer policy is available. Please contact the conference team for assistance no later than April 20th, 2026 if you need to transfer your ticket.

What topics will be covered?
Programming focuses on real-world investing and housing operations, including market conditions, strategy refinement, systems and operations, technology impacts, and multiple investment paths. Sessions are designed to be practical and immediately applicable.

Are sessions beginner or advanced?
Sessions are intentionally designed to serve a mixed-experience audience. Content prioritizes clarity and real-world application, with enough depth to be valuable for experienced investors.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. Networking is a core part of the conference experience, with structured and informal opportunities throughout both days, plus the welcome event.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
Is parking available at DeVos Place?
Yes. DeVos Place offers on-site parking, and additional parking ramps are available nearby in downtown Grand Rapids.
Are there recommended hotels?
Yes. A list of recommended hotels and available room blocks will be posted on the conference website.
Is the venue accessible?
