The Deal Room is one of the most anticipated features at MREIC because it brings real opportunities into the room. Attendees hear live deal presentations, see how experienced investors evaluate them, and take part in practical conversations that can lead to stronger decisions, new connections, and real momentum beyond the conference.

This is not a formal pitch competition or guaranteed funding forum. It is a moderated, working part of the conference where attendees can present deals, invite feedback, and put opportunities in front of an audience that understands what to look for.
Many deals and partnerships have grown out of the conversations that happen in this room, which is exactly why it continues to be a standout feature year after year.​
SUBMIT YOUR DEAL
Attendees who want to present a deal during the Deal Room may submit it in advance for consideration. Early submissions may increase the likelihood of being included in the official lineup and receiving dedicated presentation time during one of the Deal Room sessions.

Advance submissions help us review opportunities ahead of the conference, organize the session more effectively, and create a stronger experience for both presenters and attendees. If you have a deal you would like to put in front of active investors, we encourage you to submit it early.
