Building Generational Wealth with Apartments

Apartments and multi-family properties can accelerate wealth-building when the deal fundamentals are right and the strategy is clear. In this class, Anthony Chara shares a practical, step-by-step framework for apartment investing—starting with the current market landscape and moving through sourcing, underwriting, funding, and exit planning. Attendees will leave with a clearer process for evaluating opportunities and making confident decisions on multi-family acquisitions.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Interpret current local and nationwide apartment market conditions and what they mean for investors

  • Find stronger properties by focusing on where solid opportunities actually show up

  • Figure the deal by analyzing the numbers to determine whether a property is worth pursuin

  • Fund the acquisition by understanding why the right deal structure makes financing easier

  • Finish with an exit plan—hold for long-term cash flow or sell for a faster return—based on goals and deal realities

Anthony Chara is a real estate investor and apartment operator with investing and property management experience dating back to 1993.
